It is with mixed emotions that we announce that the Rev. Pam Trondson has accepted a position offered to her by Bishop Patrick Yu to be the Incumbent at Christ Church, Scarborough Village. Pam’s last Sunday with us will be June 28th. Pam was our Assistant Curate for 2 years and has been our Associate Priest for 2 years. We are thrilled for Pam and offer our prayers and support in her new ministry.
We will also be saddened by her loss to our St. Paul’s family. Pam has been a blessing to us with her devotion to God, deep commitment to prayer and the spiritual life, her caring, pastoral way, co-operative nature and wonderful sense of humour. Now the people at Christ Church will experience all that we have loved and enjoyed for four years.
There will be a farewell reception for Pam the afternoon of Sunday, June 28th at St. Paul’s beginning at 2 pm. Everyone is invited to come and thank her for her time with us and wish her well in her future ministry.
The Rev’d Gordon Sheppard, Incumbent
Dawn Claxton, Churchwarden
Colleen Keats, Churchwarden
